In her role as Advisor on Luminate's Strategic Litigation team in Europe, Aditi makes grants and supports the programme’s partners.

Before joining Luminate, Aditi interned at the UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, in the UK. During her time there, she engaged with governments and civil society organisations on matters of legal protection. Aditi previously volunteered with NGOs, where she worked on immigration law and in the digital rights sphere by conducting legal research and assisting with legal challenges. She has experience working with grassroots social initiatives, including setting up a micro-financing platform for young women in Tanzania.
