Recruitment process

1. Application review
Candidates respond to a short set of questions that provide perspective on how their skills would relate to the day-to-day job. Submissions are anonymised, randomised, and evaluated by a panel of reviewers from the hiring team.

2. Interviews
Shortlisted candidates progress to the next step and typically have a few rounds of interviews to meet with members of the team.

3. Task
Depending upon the role, finalists may be asked to complete a performance task related to the job’s requirements. This allows you to experience the type of work involved and helps us assess your approach.

4. Final round interview
Finalists meet with a member of our People & Culture team.

5. Reference check
Finalists are invited to submit references.

6. Offer
We extend an offer to the selected finalist.
